FAQ
The questions we hear most.
How far in advance should I place my order?
The earlier the better — that way we can reserve your date and give every detail the care it deserves. Message us on WhatsApp to confirm availability for your date.
Do you make custom cakes?
Yes — custom cakes are our favorite thing to make. Tell us the theme, the occasion and the idea you have in mind, and we will create something made just for your moment.
Can I send a reference photo?
Absolutely, and we love receiving them. Send your inspiration through the order form or on WhatsApp and we will talk through how to bring it to life.
Do you deliver?
Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange pickup or delivery based on your date and address.
Which areas do you serve?
We are based in North Reading, Massachusetts and serve the surrounding area. Send us your address on WhatsApp and we will confirm.
What payment methods do you accept?
We confirm the available payment methods together with your quote, before the order is finalized.
How does the quote work?
Tell us what you have in mind through the form or on WhatsApp. From there we talk flavor, size and design, then send your quote for approval.
Can I order for a specific date?
Yes. Let us know the date in your request and we will confirm availability. Popular dates fill up quickly, so it is worth reserving early.
